The Museum Schnütgen is dedicating an exhibition to transparent rock crystal with around 130 objects from international collections. The starting point for this is the high-quality rock crystal objects in the museum’s own collection and the unique discovery of a rock crystal cutting workshop from the 12th century.
The exhibition will be on display in Cologne from 25 November 2022 – 19 March 2023.
The special thing for us remains that these FRANK showcases, made of acrylic with a scratch-resistant coating, have been in use since 2011.
