Some exhibits are very large. Length, width or height exceed standard dimensions. To construct such showcases in glass would require the use of complex and costly structural connection systems combined with relatively thick and very heavy panels. The construction would be time consuming and would require specialist staff & equipment. The PCS System is the optimum solution for large cases and enclosures - single acrylic panels are connected using special slim line aluminium profiles to construct walls and roofs. To structurally brace these units, thin fins on the inside are integrated into connecting profiles.

The fins are transparent and visually non obtrusive. The extremely small size profile extrusions ensure a maximum of simplicity and transparency. The comparatively light weight and the non requirement of specialist staff and equipment makes the PCS a very economical choice compared to traditional methods such as glass constructions. The procedure of constructing a large case does not differ much from a small PCS showcase. Such giant cases can be constructed with panels of 6 to 8mm thickness and profiles with a width of less then 10mm. This cannot be achieved with any other system worldwide.
