Advanced manufacturing techniques guarantee minimum tolerances and precise workmanship. Acrylic as Perspex, Trespa®, Resopal® or MDF panels are joined using extremely small size aluminium profile strips and corner elements. Constructed cubes and hoods are structurally rigid and dust-free.

The PCS System is available with round (softline) or angular (fineline) edge profile extrusions.

T-profiles for the connection and combination of 90° and 180° angles. Inline profiles for 180° connections used in sliding door applications, wall linings and light walls.

From a constructive point of view a combination of materials with different thicknesses is possible (up to 16mm). The outside surface is always flush with the aluminium profile extrusions; the material thickness runs off at 45° towards the inside.
